Nobody knows the truffles I've seen. I've been making truffles ever since the attacks of 9//11 changed the course of my life. Starting out with a desire to bring our design clients a touch of that incredible happiness great food and desserts always brought to my loving Italian family, I began making chocolates as gifts for them. And Sciascia Confections was born.
Each truffle is a work of art. Each one is impeccably handmade in small batches using locally sourced ingredients where possible, and fresh cream infusions always. To create our own signature flavors, we blend premium chocolates from around the world from those that are responsibly sourced. Simple elegant ribbons wrap our chocolate brown satin boxes to create an exquisite presentation, a lasting impression. To every ribbon we attach a truffle menu card with photos and descriptions of the truffles within. And boxes will contain an assortment of truffles.
