Baby Bagel Macarons
Our latest macarons, Baby Bagels, are cute and schmeared with lots of love: creamy, velvety, white chocolate (Valrhona Opalys) ganache with Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Madagascar vanilla bean. The poppyseed "bagels" are gluten free soft almond meringue interiors with slightly crisp exteriors.
All macarons are shipped in a white sleeve. Each box contains a protective inner clam shell container that holds 12 delicious macarons. All boxes are wrapped with our beautiful ribbons.

For the longest time we've hesitated to ship our macarons because we are so concerned about their presentation and afraid they might crack a bit on their journey to you. They are fragile. And what these times have certainly taught all of us is that we are fragile too. This is life. And none of our journeys is without a few bumps along the way. Rest assured, either way, your macarons will be divine. We wanted to let you know our honest thoughts!
About your macarons
Upon arrival, store your macarons in a sealed bag in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Your macarons are best enjoyed at room temp (about 20 to 30 minutes out of the fridge).
